1. Refund Eligibility
Blizmatt Digital offers the following money-back guarantees depending on the purchase type:
✔ 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — ₹499 Plan
Customers purchasing the ₹499 plan are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
✔ 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Yearly Premium Subscription
Customers purchasing the yearly premium subscription are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
✔ 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Monthly Premium Subscription
Customers purchasing the monthly subscription are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
❌ Refunds Will NOT Be Processed After These Periods
Refund requests submitted after the applicable refund window (30 days for ₹499 and yearly plans, 7 days for monthly plans) will not be processed.
These guarantees apply only if the request is made within the refund window and meets valid criteria outlined below.
2. Valid Reasons for Requesting a Refund
A refund may be approved if:
The downloaded file is corrupt or fails to initialize, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
A duplicate payment or accidental double purchase occurred.
A technical error led to an incorrect billing or product selection.
Any other genuine reason found valid after internal review.
Screenshots, logs, or additional details may be requested to verify the issue.
3. Conditions That Do NOT Qualify for Refunds
Refunds cannot be issued for the following:
- Change of mind
- No longer needing the product
- Compatibility issues caused by third-party themes/plugins/hosting
- Expectations not met for features not advertised
- Refund requests submitted after the eligible period
- Accounts showing abnormal usage or excessive downloads during the refund window
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at admin@blizmatt.com with:
- Order ID or payment receipt
- Clear explanation of the issue
- Screenshots or proof, if applicable
- Our team will reply within 1–2 business days.
5. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refund completion may take 5–6 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider
- External bank or payment gateway delays are outside our control
- Partial refunds (where applicable) will be clearly communicated before processing.
6. Payments Through Cashfree & Other Gateways
All payments are processed by Cashfree Payments or other PCI-DSS-compliant gateways.
- We do not store or handle card/UPI/bank details
- All refunds are initiated securely via the payment gateway
- Disputes on failed transactions must be escalated to the respective bank/gateway
- Chargebacks raised without contacting support first may slow down resolution and may result in account restrictions.
7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
Refund guarantees are designed for genuine users only. Therefore:
- Multiple refund requests may trigger a fraud review
- Accounts showing abusive or suspicious activity may be denied refunds
- Misuse of refund policies or chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension

We may update this Refund Policy at any time.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
